DELIVERY

Wherever possible, delivery is direct from the factory to the site using manned vehicles and without intermediate handling. This method minimises both cost and damage in transit and handling.

As most of our deliveries are to city centre locations, all delivery costs quoted assume it is to be undertaken out of normal hours, including evenings and weekends, only excluding Public Holidays.

Prior to delivery we check;

INSTALLATION

Most of our products are delivered part assembled to minimise site installation time. Workstations are complete to each modular element and only have to be linked together. Cupboards are delivered complete, with only the internal fittings requiring assembly.

Where required, all site personnel will attend site Health & Safety Induction prior to commencing work on site.

Each vehicle is met by our installation crew who will off-load directly via the designated route directly into the area of intended installation.

Installation will take place immediately following delivery, normally in standard working hours. We will liase with other trades/contractors and if required the installation can be phased to maximise access to the furniture for IT and/or electrical contractors.

The Site Manager will undertake a snagging inspection and de-snagging will be completed before the equipment is offered for inspection to the Client/Project Manager. Our snagging records will be made available on request.

Packing materials will be cleared daily and the site kept clean at all times.

No eating, drinking or smoking is permitted on our sites.
