In setting quality standards, reference has been made to BS 5750 and it is mandatory that all Mauser Interiors personnel comply with the laid down procedures relevant to their areas of responsibility. Any deviation to these procedures can only be authorised by the Managing Director.
We require all our suppliers to meet their relevant national quality standards, and Mauser Office GmbH conforms to all relevant RAL, DIN, and GS Zeichen standards and we are certified to RG614.
Both Mauser Interiors (UK) Ltd., and Mauser Office GmbH are certified as complying with ISO 9000 and ISO 9001.
The successful implementation of our quality system relies upon effective communication, verbal and written, between our staff and between staff and customers. It is our policy to be open and honest in our business dealings and to supply top grade products that are reliable and fit for purpose, supported by experienced and professional staff.
Mauser's commitment to providing better customer service and utilising the latest technologies has led to continuing investment in on line services. Our aim is to provide our new and existing customers with a variety of on line services, which will aid their facilities management departments with the selection of product and the processing of orders. Using World Wide Web technology and the Internet we are currently developing a powerful web presence specifically for our customers.
There are 5 main quality control stages within our factories: -
Each final piece of furniture is quality control labelled. The number on this label refers to the person that carried out the final quality control inspection, as well as to the date and time that the test was performed.
Quality and accuracy points are built into the manufacturing process. Mauser employs a high ratio of Quality Control Managers in the factory, to ensure consistency of the product.
Most Mauser products carry the "GS" certificate for tested safety. The "GS" certificate is awarded by: -

"Berufsgenossenschaft" in Hanover is a National Insurance company, which visits Mauser factories on a regular basis to check the safety of our machinery, equipment, procedures etc. Their objective is to ensure that we continue to comply with all work safety guidelines and the renewal of our insurance policies.
